About InnerVue

We built the mirror
most people never see.

InnerVue exists because self-awareness does not happen by accident. It must be sought, chosen, and practiced with intention. Most people are missing a clear reflection of how they actually show up in the world. We're here to change that.

“The point of self-awareness isn't to obsess over yourself. It's to understand yourself well enough that you can show up better for others.”

Allison Brenner is an Industrial and Organizational Psychology consultant, credentialed coach, and the creator of InnerVue, a feedback platform designed to help adults understand how they truly show up in the world.

With more than thirty years of experience in behavioral assessment, leadership development, psychotherapy, and coaching, Allison brings psychological rigor and practical clarity to the work of growth. Her career has centered on one enduring question: How can people better understand their impact and turn that awareness into meaningful change?

Allison began her career as a psychotherapist, working closely with individuals and couples navigating some of the most painful and complex patterns that can exist within intimate relationships. That work shaped her understanding of trust, accountability, communication, and the gap between intention and impact.

She later designed selection, promotion, and leadership development assessment systems for federal, state, and local organizations operating in complex, high stakes environments. In parallel, she has spent nearly twenty years as an executive and leadership development coach.

Allison is certified by the Co-Active Training Institute and Team Coaching International and holds a professional coaching credential through the International Coaching Federation.

Across every chapter of her career, her work has focused on helping people see themselves more clearly, understand how others experience them, and grow with greater purpose, humility, and intention.

Our Origin

Why InnerVue

InnerVue was created from a simple truth: most of us want to grow, and most of us are missing information about how we're actually experienced — not because we're deliberately unaware, but because self-awareness must be chosen and practiced.

Over decades of designing assessment and feedback systems, one pattern kept repeating: people were evaluated at work, labeled in relationships, and misunderstood in life — often without ever being given a clear mirror.

InnerVue was built to change that.

Our Philosophy

What We Believe

The principles that guide everything we build, every report we deliver, and every person we serve.

01

Awareness precedes change

You cannot grow beyond what you cannot see. Honest, structured self-awareness is not a soft skill — it is the precondition for every meaningful shift in behavior, relationship, and leadership.

02

Feedback is information, not indictment

How others experience you is data — valuable, actionable data. Receiving it clearly and without defensiveness is a skill, and one worth developing. InnerVue is designed to make that possible.

03

Growth is relational, not solitary

We don't grow in isolation. The people around us — friends, partners, colleagues, clients — hold information about us that we can't access alone. Real growth happens in relationship, not away from it.

04

Intention matters and impact matters more

Most people intend well. But it's the impact of our behavior — not the intention behind it — that shapes our relationships and outcomes. InnerVue helps you close that gap with honesty and precision.

InnerVue does not ask you to become someone else. It supports you in becoming more fully yourself — with fewer blind spots in the way.

“Don't waste another day guessing what's holding you back.”
